It’s not over until you win
Everyone is running. If you are alive that means you are running, running from something, running to something, running for someone. No matter how fast you running in life some things always manage to catch up to you.
Being alive wouldn’t make your life easier. You could outrun anything. Turn out no one can outrun pain. You couldn’t outrun the past. Life is tragic. But it is also precious and sweet and extraordinary.
Why some people come into your lives? Why some people go? and other become a part of you. Some relations feel like they’ll last forever. And others end far too soon. Not every relationship is meant to last a lifetime. What does last forever is the pain when that person is gone.
Truth is not much else changes. You still hurt. You still love. You still wish and hope and fear things. And you still need people to help you with all of it. In some ways, that’s the best part. You can’t give it up just because for one person. Stick to the plan. Because we have to lose something precious in order to earn something priceless.
What other think of you is none of your business. Don’t lose hope. You will come over. There has to be another way. There will be miracle. We have forgotten what miracles look like. Maybe it’s because they haven’t made much of an appearance lately. Your lives have become ordinary. Be prepared.
You need to learn how to control your emotions. Sometimes the best way to win a fight is not to one, but if you do come up against somebody you know you can’t beat, be smart. It’s okay to run the other way. Why? Because It’s not over until you win.
